Francis Collision Center

I had done business at Francis Collision about 8 years ago, service was excellent then an is still excellent. My damage was only a rear bumper transfer of paint. Work was done in 3 working days. Francis Collision is my only auto repair service of choice.

My first time using Francis Collision was a year ago. They repaired my front bumper and light area. A Snap had came undone several months ago and since it was warrantied for a lifetime they took care of it while repairing the new damages to the back bumper. My car looks brand new and I would expect nothing less!
The best part of working with FCC aside from their quality workmanship is the ease and speed.
I called Geico, they made an appointment. They offered me a rental car which my policy covers and I was in and out in 15 minutes and I had a SUV for the weekend!

Hace unas semanas una persona chocó mi carro y fui a Francis collision center a arreglarlo. Afortunadamente todo el staff fue muy amable tuve ayuda en español y todos fueron muy amables. Además me dieron una camiseta 😀

Great service. The guys did a great job fixing my vehicle. I would use again. I have had no issues with my car since getting it repaired.

I recommend this place because they did a amazing job on my car and in such a timely manner. I took my car in on Monday and it was done by Wednesday. They also kept me up to speed on what was going on and made sure to answer any questions I had. I had to get a rental and they did all the work for me. I felt stress free and care out smiling cause I was taken care of and the car looks like nothing even happened to it. I’ve already been telling everyone about this place cause I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Hello, was told my Van would take 2 to 3 days. Less than 24 hours later it was ready. Wow it looks amazing. Plus they even vacuumed it. Would recommend to anyone and everyone to go here...

Great experience! the staff is so nice and the place is clean. They fixed my car super fast and problem free. Answered all my questions too. They called me every step of the way to let me know how everything was going. Highly recommend.

Amazing service as soon as you walk in the door. Our repair was done quick and very well. By car looks like nothing ever happened to it. I really like that they have the car rental center there as well. I don’t have to be going anywhere else for a rental.

Great customer service and work! Easy to work with team and the best quality they have is their ability to communicate with customer clearly and in a timely manner. Very satisfied with their body work on my new highlander. They definitely seem to put the customer first!
