Thank you for your kind, courteous, and timely, service to my car. I was sent to Francis by the insurance company, I am grateful I didnt have to pay for it. I hear damage like this could be very costly, and much more than what was paid. So for that I am highly satisfied. They took my car in and completed the work before it was estimated to be returned, so their service is excellent. The customer service, would send me text messages and give me phone calls updating me on where they were at in my service, they did an excellent job communicating with me. Overall I'd rate their service, quality and value as EXCELLENT!! Thank you FRANCIS COLLISION CENTRE, They come highly recommended, if you need your car repaired like new, and want to be treated kindly, and with courtesy, by the customer service and it be worth what you paid then this is the place to go.

Great service! Our van's window was broken and Francis Collision Center took care of it in a timely manner.
They were very friendly and professional. They made sure that I was kept up to date on the repairs and the date my vehicle would be repaired. They made sure I had a ride to pick up my rental.
