- Back in late 2009, Army Drill Sergeant Daniel Alarik was working with recruits on a rifle range when he said to him self, "I'm proud of our military and proud of our Country, but there is nothing to wear that can express this while still looking cool and fashionable." Thus began Grunt Style. Made by Drill Sergeant Alarik and other patriots for fans of the USA and our Military who also want to look cool. THIS WE'LL DEFEND America is not our government, political leaders or superstars, but our ideals. The idea that one can self determine his or her own destiny. American may not be fair, but everyone has their own chance. This we ll defend is the motto for US Army Drill Sergeants, also the Department of the Armys official seal, founded in 1775. We use this not just for soldiers and servicemembers of the military on our shirts and apparel, but for every patriot of the United States America. We are all responsible for America, and this, America, we'll defend.

On Dec 9th I ordered a packet of 3 shirts and a single shirt. I'm a Marine and my husband is a Marine. He has loved this company and wanted his own shirt. So I thought this would be a great christmas gift. I was wrong! While ordering I chatted with a SSgt asking if I ordered on Dec 9th would I have it by christmas. He said I would... I even told him what I was ordering. The website showed what I was ordering in stock. On Dec 19 I began panicking bc it had NOT shipped. I spoke to a cpl there, I gave him my order ID and he told me I would receive my order on Christmas eve. That's cutting it close but I trusted another devil dog. Well... christmas came and went. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! I called and was told it was on back order...um WHAT?!? On the 9th it was good. On the 19th I was assured it would be here. I then read comments on Facebook and yelp... clearly this is a common occurrence. They do NOT communicate with their customers. Both times on the 9th and 19th they would also say, if I order by the 17th then I would have my order. They probably never looked up my order ID and just went with what they were being told. I will never buy anything from them. I have also told all my Corps buddies. They didn't even try to keep me as a customer or anything. They have some serious issues but hopefully they get them worked out.
I ordered my husband shirts a week ago & still have not received an email stating they received my order! This is crazy! At least let me know it's getting processed!! My husband is a war vet and a loyal customer but this is getting out of hand!
If you are truly a military vet, you are embarrassing yourself, the military and other Vets that have served. You should know better that to run a company that is not shipping product out.. I ordered 3 shirts, paid through PayPal, and you have yet to ship, email with an update.. Nothing. I then try to call and could not leave a VM because your system is full.. Seriously??? You are running a business not a hobby.. I am a business owner and a Marine, and you are giving both a BAD NAME.. Make things right or shut your doors.
I ordered clothing for my boyfriend 2 weeks ago. I never received word that my order has been processed or that they received my order. I have emailed them 3 times with no word back. AND when you try to call them someone picks up and says " PLEASE HOLD", you're lucky if you can get a hold of any at this facility! I will never be shopping her again.
I ordered two shirts for the homecoming of my boyfriend. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and they have stated that my order was being processed. But it's taking a long time because of the high demand for one of the shirts I ordered. I asked customer service if they could then at least ship the shirt that is ready and they want to charge me an extra 5-6$ to split the order. What type of customer service is that? The website said ships within 1-2 business days and never was I notified when I ordered the shirt in high demand that it would have affected my expected arrival date. Now I leave for work after Thanksgiving and will not see my boyfriend until almost Christmas time and I have nothing to give him for his homecoming. Note to self: If I ever order anything from here for him again - I'll be sure to plan 3 months in advance and expect no customer service in the event something happens.
I placed an order with them online, couple shirts and decals. I received the shirts two weeks later not the decals. I called immediately and let them know and they said they would ship them out. I then washed the new shirts two of the shirts came apart at the bottom hem after being washed on gentle cycle. I again called Gruntstyle then shipped replacement shirts. I received them in a Friday I wash them as I do with all new clothes..... They shrunk. I still had the return package from Gruntstyle. And put all of there shirts in it. Called and informed them that the shirts where going back and I still haven't gotten the decals. I tried giving them a second chance. They failed once again. They shipped the wrong shirt, sent the correct one In the wrong size. And still a month later they haven't gotten any of the returned items I sent back. Even though they have tracking info. They refuse to make things right. They refuse to refund my money. They refuse to return calls, and emails. I'm sticking with Ranger Up. I'll never place an order from Grunt Style again. It's sad vets ripping off disabled vets. Trying to support their business.
