Wish I could give them zero stars. They take your money and never ship. Customer service is horrible and to make it worse, they just do t care. Stay away from them.

This company is terrible. I ordered a hoodie for my dad for christmas, I never got an email to inform me of when it will be delivered aND when I called them they insured me that I will get it before Christmas they are just behind in orders. 3 days before Christmas eve I called complaining that I still haven't received my package they stated that my order was cancelled and out of stock. I asked for a refund. 2 weeks later I have not received my refund yet and have got a notice from my bank for fraud charges on my account. I'm assuming they used my card number to purchase things on my account considering that was the only place online that I ordered from other than amazon.com. these people are terrible, especially for supposibly being a veteran company. Do not purchasing from them!

I ordered 3 items, 3 weeks ago. I have emailed customer support, multiple times, with absolutely no response. As a disGRUNTled veteran, I always try to support veteran owned companies. But, this is getting ridiculous. Unless I hear from them within the next 24 hours, I will contact the company to demand a full refund.

My order came in and shirts were not right size. I sent them back per their instructions and they have not exchanged or refunded and it has been Since January of this year. that is nearly 8 months. I get tossed around in customer service and emails go ignored. These guys just don't seem to care.

My order arrived much later than I expected. That bring said...they have a great product. My boyfriend loves his t-shirt. The employee I talked to when I called to find out the status of my order was helpful and professional. I would definitely order again!

I ordered a shirt from them last Wednesday and received my order today (Saturday). Fast shipping and the shirt looks great. Website was pretty easy to use too.

I ordered my husband a sweatshirt on 12/9/14. They guaranteed it by Christmas but understandably got behind. They sent me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. It is now 1/19/15 and they still cannot give me any details on when I will get my order. I appreciate the $25 gift card but would rather have had some sort of explanation on when I would be able to receive an item I paid for over a month ago instead of them telling me they ran out of materials and do not know when they will get them in. In the meantime though, they are still continuing to sell this same sweatshirt to people and taking their money without informing them that they actually do not have them or the material to even make them.

Same thing... Something is going on over there. They need to hire more people. Their cloths fit GREAT - Awesome stuff. IF YOU CAN EVER GET IT SHIPPED TO YOUR HOME????!!!! Waited over 2 months and got the run around time and time again. I dont blame the Vets I blame the man in charge.

I ordered 4 shirts for my husband on 11/23/14 for christmas. I was told in email and over the phone that my shirts would be guaranteed delivery by 12/24 and they would over night them to me for no additional cost. When I called christmas eve i was told 2 of my 4 shirts hadnt been manufactured yet and they had no idea when my items would be shipped. Finally on 12/29 I cancelled my ordered. And I'm still waiting my my money to refunded back to my card. This was very disappointing, my husband specifically picked out the shirts he wanted and never got them.

Horrible customer service. still waiting over a month and still no order. this company's customer service is the pits. You don't tell customer after a month of waiting that hopefully one more week your order may ship but no promises. This is ridiculous. These are T shirts not some high classified military artillery here. I will never order from them again. They also stated they sent over coupons for the inconvenience never got them either. This company better get it together or they wont last..... NEVER AGAIN. will I place a order again.
