Westchester Square Library

This library has on staff, the most unprofessional group of individuals I've encountered within the NYPL system. The employees have very poor interpersonal skills, lack the ability to interface with different types of people in a respectful manner, and are extremely confrontational. The library is also filthy. In addition, many of the neighboring mental health patients patron the library and have mental/emotional episodes which the staff allows. Mental patients walk aimlessly around other patrons and create a REAL sense of discomfort. I wish at least one star could be given, but the library is not deserving of any stars. I have never written a review for a library, but felt this was very necessary.
