The library collection also includes bestsellers, Pulitzer award-winning books, biographies, people and classic literatures, history books, fictions and nonfictions, geography and travel, and journals, magazines, newspapers and encyclopedias. The library organizes various events, such as exhibitions book discussions, reading and writing improvement classes and language speaking lessons. In addition, New York Public Library offers the service of books and recorded Braille books by mail for individuals and members with physical and visual complications.
