Great Bedside Manners

It is rare to find a company with in-home service and a computer technician who is fast., knowledgeable and who has a sense of humor. Good old fashioned customer service is at the heart of University Computers & Mobiles Repair Services. I give this company 5 Stars!

I call you the miracle workers...shattered my phone was dreading buy another 700 phone. Then I find my savior they had it fixed and back to new..30 mins later! Amazing..thank you guys!

Overall superb experience. Fixed my cracked iPhone screen in 30 minutes. Even got help/info on installing virtual PC on my IMac.

I went here to get help with my computer 2014. First time I tried to visit them was on a Saturday at 3 o'clock. Check online first and tried to call them (got the machine that told me they were busy with other costumers which must be the biggest lie of 2014). When I arrive at the store the store hours on the door state they were open which they were not.. Next Monday I tried again. this time they were open,. however the engineer was not there instead i was greeted by a Lady who could not tell a computer apart from an Iphone. After having tried to explain the problem with my computer ( which i quickly understood she would never be able to communicate to anyone) i left my computer there. The lady told me they would call the same night.. Two days later I call to check what is going on. Apparently the computer was "fixed" I come to pick it up and take it home. Not only is it not fixed 2 new problems had shown up... Overall a terrible experience that I would not wish upon my worst enemy.

I went to University Computers in 2012 to have them fixed my desktop PC. I was happy with their service, so I decided to use them again two years later.



I had dropped my Macbook a few days ago, and I noticed that it wasn't running that great since the fall. I told Z, one of the engineers, about my problem, and he told me that it would take at least two days because of how backed up they were.



University Computers under-promised and over-delivered! They had my computer fixed the next day!!! The bill ended up being under $130 which I was happy about. The other technician was extra customer friendly as he gave me tips on keeping my computer up to speed.



Although I'm a web designer who knows more than the average joe about computers, I prefer not to fool with computer repair. As long as I am in Birmingham, I plan on using these guys every time I have hardware issues, and I plan on referring anybody in the area who needs their computer fixed.

these guys fixed my ipad over night. it wouldnt turn on or even recognize a charger. such a great service and quality provided by these guys. i highly recommend them and will definitely use them again

This place is great! My computer was at a snails crawl with so many errors, viruses and worms, I couldn't do any work at my home! They are great people and very prompt in their service. I told them to take as much time as they needed and they had it done the next day! I highly recommend them, especially for the college students when they need professional results. Thanks University Computers!

Great and Fast Service!

This business saved my life. It was the last day of finals and I needed to turn in my thesis when my computer crashed. Thanks to these guys, my information was recovered and my computer was repaired within two hours. I highly recommend this business, Good Job!
