I went there to have my iPhone 6 Plus repaired and I spoke with a guy name Mike, he told me that it couldnt be repaired. He then proceeded to tell me they had some new iPhone 6 Plus phones for sale I asked him how much they were and I asked him so these are new phones and he says yes. A month after I had it I started having problems with it it wouldn’t stay charged I called them and told them about it and they tell me they can fix it but they would charge me. I asked him again are you sure this is a new phone Mike said yes. So at that point I didn’t believe him I made me an appointment at Apple and come to find out the phone was five years old and was already purchased by other people in the past. Apple printed me out the documents to prove that the phone was used so I’m taking steps and trying to get my money back. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was sold a faulty product that did not work. They would not let me return it even though they said to my face they would allow me to get a refund if I had any problems. They also grossly overprice computer repairs. Don't go here. They are scammers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called the Apple Store for an appointment because my Macbook screen was not working
and they could not see me until Sunday five days later. A friend referred me to University Computers & Mobiles near UAB College and my Macbook was ready the next day.

I took my phone with a broken screen over to the store a few weeks ago.
They are friendly, and very professional. I picked up the phone on my way home from work the same day. Very Pleased.

Great Service friendly staff. I just bought a new tablet and locked myself out and took over to these guys, they saved the day!!!. I also have brought my laptop there to have it cleaned up they gave me a price for the service and that was the priced I paid no extra hidden charges. I highly suggest this place for all our pc needs .Lisa

I went in around 5:30 on a weekday. The store is conveniently located near UAB College, easily accessible. I had a rather difficult repair - a Samsung Galaxy Tablet with a broken screen; looked brand new after the repair at a cost much lower than I expected. I highly recommend these guys they are awesome!

We needed help for our grandson's computer as fast as possible because he needed it for college. We took it there late Friday and they were very helpful! They worked on it Sat. and were able to fix it. They were very polite and professional. In fact, they were so knowledgeable and informative that we took our computer there the next weekend and had them work on it. They answered all of our questions and guarantee all of their work! Took my daughter’s MacBook. Z was fantastic. The laptop needed a lot of help and work. He kept me posted as to what was happening and was able to fix the computer. Excellent job and service. Wasn't cheap, but it was a big job and my daughter so very happy. He made sure she didn't lose any of her documents, pictures and videos in the process. (It was touch and go). Thank you Z
