So happy I found this place. Brock was so friendly, fair, and understanding. He treated me like family. I felt safe taking my jewelry to the Chapes. It's so different than any other pawnshop I've been to in the past. They offered me the lowest interest rate. I shopped around, and this place is hands down the best. I was also very impressed to see how fast this worked. I definitely will be using them in the future.

Well I'm just going to say this and I think it is the best way to describe it.. I don't know if anyone else feels like I do whenever you go to pawn shops and I mean I don't like it because they always think you're some kind of druggie or something else because of the way you are talked to or the way you get looked at or just plain think that they can say any price and you will take it and I don't think it's Kool or professional at all!! but I will say that I have been to a few different one's and I promise you that Chapes-JPL is the best pawn shop in the Atlanta area and I will tell the world that they are and I will just say that they must be doing something right because they have been there for HOOOOOOW long😁. But this is my opinion and I am just one person and that's all I can say is go and see for yourself and I bet you are going to say the same thing or something close to it . And they are so nice and polite it's like you have to say something about it because it's not like that everywhere else but I just wanted to say thank you for being honest and nice 👍

When it came down to it, I felt reassured when Brock explained the process of what a pawn (a loan) is. And now that I'm back picking up my stuff it makes sense. Definitely got the most for my gold jewelry and the terms back were beyond reasonable. When it comes down to it customer service amazing even got my jewelry cleaned, super content.

I was half expecting it to be like the pawn shops on TV, used tools and tvs everywhere, having to haggle to get the money I needed... Thankfully it couldn't have been more different. First off, I arrived at their private offices, There were no glass cases, and the only TV was the one in the waiting room. When I sat down with Philip? i told him how much I needed..he looked at what I had (a Rolex) and said no problem. Remember thinking, What, are you kidding me, that was easy. Anyway I thought the best thing I could do was let everyone know. Thanks again
