You guys really know your business

Gave Digis a 3 star Rating before because the speed of the service was not up to the standard they claimed in their advertising, but the customer service and support was excellent. Well, I recently had them out to my home to tweak my equipment and now my service is screaming (at least for the type of service they are providing) and Digis gets an A+ from me. They stand behind their guarantees and do everything possible to make the customer happy within a reasonable timeframe. That's what I call 5 Star Service. Thanks Digis.... This is a terrific alternative to get away from Comcast and DSL. I watch a lot of streaming video and do a lot of on-line gaming and the service rarely buffers. Digis is an authorized Netflix provider so I think they have most of their most popular stuff on their servers, making buffering much less likely. Even with my wife, 2 kids, and a smart TV all sharing the connection doing various activities all at the same time at various times, the service rarely, if ever, bogs down or buffers and when it has it has been extremely brief and then it seems the system recognizes the deficit and bursts speed to that stream to make sure it stays ahead from that point on. It really does seem like very smart technology.
