Gumbo's Dell

I purchased 2 gift certificates from Restaurant.com to use here. The first time I attempted to use it, I was told I had to print out the actual certificate which is ridiculous because their is a mobile app and all employee has to do is copy certificate number. Owner and employees are inept, out of touch and speak no English. The second time I tried to use my 2nd certificate I was told they no longer accept them even though the certificate itself says it doesn't expire. Lost my business and I will never return. Don't waste your time.
