We love CB. As a military family we travel a lot and CB is one of our favorite restaurant to eat. We have been to different CB thru out U.S. but today we went to the worse CB. Food was good as usual but the service was awful. The waitresses were just walking around pretending that they were working. We had to get their attention in order to get our drinks. They took our order and had to wait for drinks again. Seriously, it doesn't take that long to make coffee or water. Worse service ever! The place was not even busy!

I just started going to Cracker Barrel recently and I have no complaints. The sweet tea is good without being too sweet. I love the meatloaf and the roast beef is the best I have ever eaten, so tender!!! The service is excellent you never feel ignored they come to the table regularly to see if you need anything and never rude. The store part is also very nice selling a variety of very pretty home items. Give it a try you won't be disappointed it's a nice change from pizza and hamburgers!!!

The food at this restaurant is almost usually good. Home style country food, large portions, very tasty. Still, this establishment had trash through out the restaurant portion of the store. During our meal, all of our used plates from the appetizers, until the entrée, were left on our small two seater table, leaving us in a horrible mess of dirty plates and used glasses. Not once did the waitress, the bus-boys, or even the management who passed by our table took it upon themselves to pick up some of the dirty dishes. There was even a table next to ours that was undergoing the same disgusting dilemma. I went back on a separate occasion, and again, we had to take it upon ourselves to have our table cleared since there was more than two people dinning. All in all, the service was so bad that despite the fact that the food is good, thinking about sitting in my own filth, eating food covered in fatty gravy and butter, and sitting parched makes me want to advise others to take their business elsewhere until this newly opened establishment gets their act together.
