House Wine and Bistro

Dinner was nice but very pricey and small serving. Server wouldn't stop tell me how great the food was the entire time. It was Ok but she must have been at McD's too much! Service was friendly but slow, Too Pricey for the serving size and nothing to rave about. won't be back soon.

I left starving. My pasta dish came back to me raw: twice. I'm sure the chef was overwhelmed. I'm not rating this a one, because the manager and staff were truly embarrassed. That shows a lot coming from this type of business. Although, I don't think I'll ever come back a second time.

This place seems so out of place in McAllen.. seems like it should be in a big city. Very posh, great selection of drinks, just an overall amazing, relaxed, lounge atmosphere. It was so nice to get away from the obnoxious bar/club scene down here and find somewhere more upscale like this. Can't wait to go back..!
