These days honest sincere client service is very hard to come by. I contacted Victory Tax Solutions about three years ago with an overwhelming tax debt I incurred with the government over a number of years. One so enormous I thought there was no way out. Within a couple of months that debt was brought down to pennies on the dollar. I cannot say enough about the team they have in place. I was always kept informed on how the entire process was moving. Both by phone and by email. Never was there a hesitation on their part to return a phone call or an email. From the minute I walked in the door, especially the embarrassment I felt getting myself into this predicament, it seemed liked everyone really sincerely cared. And they do. I was head over hills in debt to the IRS, I had tried several different tax solution firms, and all I received was a big disappointment. One day a good friend of mine referred me to Victory Tax and I tell you that was the best call that I ever made.
