Victory Tax Solutions did a fantastic job from start to finish!



Taxes are stressful! Dealing with the IRS is stressful too. After having to close my business due to a bogus lawsuit, we were in a tight spot and needed help with our Tax situation and the IRS. Victory Tax Solutions had great reviews online so it made sense to contact them. From start to finish, they worked for US taking care of everything, and communicating throughout the entire process. The level of stress they removed was huge and I am so thankful. HIGHLY recommend using Victory Tax Solutions.

When I first started researching various "Tax-help" companies a few months ago, I was very skeptical, fearful, and obviously hesitant to make a final decision as to what business to choose. I knew I needed the highest expertise for my complicated Tax issues. I had outstanding tax issue with NYS and IRS , I contacted victory tax service and they were able to assist me in filing back tax years and coming to a resolution that I could not of done alone. It took me sometime to gather the needed information but they were professional and patient with me. I was very pleased with the over service of the company .

I stumbled onto Victory Tax Solutions via the internet; seeking advice on a relative's (no, really) complicated tax matter. VTS ratings were good, but, the name seemed somewhat ostentatious. Mind you, I've been in the behavioral science field for 40+ years so my skeptical-meter is somewhat skewed. Website was friendly Matt and Kyle have been great from the get go. We got ourselves into a mess. Without your office we would have not accomplished a resolution. We were always kept well informed by your very knowledgeable staff. Whenever we called our questions were answered immediately. Your office does this everyday and they realize how hard it is for people like us out there. The IRS is a big machine and they scare you half to death. My husband and I don't feel that way any more and we have really been taken care of. We are nearing the end, are very happy about it and we are not going to jail! Many thanks to the whole staff at Victory.

I heard an ad on the radio, for Victory Tax Solutions right at the time I was needing help with my IRS problems. I contacted VTS and spoke with Mr. Steve Hook, who directed me on what steps I needed to take and what I needed to send him. I collected all the documents Steve had mentioned and sent them to him and within no time he had the lawyers and CPA's working on my case. Victory Tax Solutions prepared my 2009-2015 tax returns for less than it would have cost me at any other competitor. My returns were completed and sent into the IRS. They answered every question and returned and took every call helping us with a large and overwhelming tax issue. In this day and age it is difficult to know who you can trust.
