Proserve of Michigan

Paul from ProServe is a joke. He is willing to serve invalid papers just so he can charge you an additional fee to serve them again.

I was very clear with him I had never been thru this process and he took full advantage. He asked for a copy of the papers I had from the courthouse. I sent him what I had, which was my Plantiff copy of the Summons. It had a court date that was past due, but still in the time frame of being served. He informed me that the court date had passed, but never said he needed an up to date paper with a current court date. He served OLD PLANTIFF PAPERS to the DEFENDANT. The Proof of Service he sent me even says the papers must be served 7 days prior to the court date... something he should damn well know after 20 years in the business!!
He even admitted to to doing it on purpose, because it "wasn't his job" to tell me he needed an up to date paper and for an additional serving fee he would do it again.

Now I am 10 days away from the cutoff to serving the Defendant who lives 550 miles away.

I in NO way recommend Pro Serve for any legal service needs. Id rate ZERO stars if i could
