Love the food the and the workers are super nice I enjoy going there !! And it a great place to go and relax at the Bar

This place is terrible, bland food, overly loud and the server ripped off our groups check. The server was paid by both credit card and cash, we left her a good tip (we're all wait staff ourselves, so we know how to tip) I was very clear what the the server should include on my credit card bill, I signed and left, leaving no tip on the credit card as we covered it with the cash. On my bank statement the server had changed our bill and added an extra $25 to the credit card which allowed her to take an extra $25 dollars cash for her gratuity. When I spoke to the extremely rude and abrupt manager, he finally agreed to send a check for the difference, which three days later was overruled by the owner. Does this mean that the management and owners there condone the underhanded practise of their servers? I will never set foot in this place again and I'd recommend the same to everyone that I know or reads these reviews. DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE RIPPED OFF BY THESE RESTAURANTS, STAND UP AND SPEAK OUT.

I went there in January on business travel and came down with confirmed food poisoning within 1.5 hours of eating my only meal in 10-11 hours before the symptoms. The food was mediocre at best, I had a flash fried seafood platter that was a little burned on the outside, a little rare on the inside and spent the whole night at the Marlborough emergency room. The restaurant has a cordial manager who informed me that they checked everything and a subsequent inspection by the health inspector showed nothing to be amiss, but I am here to tell you that I ate nothing, drank nothing during the day other than a can of diet coke that was not eaten by two other people (literally). The timeline fits. I will not be convinced it was not them. If you do not go to save yourself a possible case of food poisoning, do not go to save yourself from the mediocre food. There must be a better place to eat in Worchester, go find one and save yourself from ending up crouched over the toilet having vomiting and diahrrea at the same time which I did. It is not fun.
