        Was able to figure out what was wrong with my laptop (bad battery), get a replacement and implement the replacement battery over a very short time and at a reasonable rate

        At least one of TCS3 employee's is dishonest. I brought my Lenevo laptop in for warranty repair. TCS3 sent it to the factory repair facility. Lenovo wanted $270 to replace the hard drive. Leveno said the HDD was not original. I refused the to pay for the repair. When I got the computer back from TCS3, I discovered that the 1 TByte HDD that had dropped off was replaced with an old (made in 2010) 80 GByte HDD. Something fishy went on. I am left holding the bag.
