Sew Simple Alterations

Rude, disrespectful. Woman hung up on me after inquiring about pressing a prom dress that sew simple had completed alterations on. She stated they only iron their alterations, and that is the service I requested. In a previous encounter they never completed the entire alterations that I paid for. Lousy customer service. I would not recommend this business at all.

As a 4'10" Worcester resident, I really appreciate this service. They do a great job at a great price and in a timely manner.



I have been to this business twice and am about to go back again. I am still wearing the items they have completed for me.



Keep up the good work......and customers--don't hesitate to give them a try. The time they save you is worth every penny!
