        You will never find a more qualified, educated, compassionate and caring person than Dr. Palken. He took such amazing care of both my husband and me for many years at UMassMemorial Medical Center. No stone was left unturned when it came to diagnosis and treatment. When we were both having serious health issues at the same time, he called us at 8:00 at night to see how we were doing. I always felt so well cared for. He is a jewel, a diamond in the rough.
