Pete's Service

My family and friends have taken our vehicles to Pete's for a number of years with no problems. I know if is a hard or difficult problem to diagnose Pete's will find it. They stand behind their work.

Pete's replaced the alternator for my car. When I came to pick up my car in the evening, it would not start because they alternator they installed was bad. I had to leave my car a second day. Three weeks later, the second alternator they installed died and I had to take it back. I left my car a third time and they told me that I needed to replace my battery but when I took it to NTB they said my battery was fine. Four months later my alternator died a fourth time. They again replaced it for free. During none of these times that I repeatedly took my car in for the same thing was there any apology or explanation for why this kept happening. Recently, <2 years after they worked on my car originally and <1.5 years since they last installed an alternator into my car, it died again. I bit the bullet and took my car elsewhere and paid out of pocket to have it done right. Sofar so good.
