LabCorp

My lab of choice - very easy to walk in and have tests done. I would rate a 5 except for a recent change in policy - they ask for a credit card number so Lab Corp can charge you for the test if the insurance company doesn't pay them within 90 days. They do not tell you it's optional unless you specifically ask - not the tech's fault I'm sure but a sneaky policy. Since I have no control over how quickly or accurately they file their claims, I am not paying and chasing the insurance company for them if payment is delayed. Yikes!
