Elegance By Carbonneau

This past Sunday, my daughter Megan Joyce and her mother, mother-in-law and aunts went to Carbonneau Bridal in Worcester to look for a wedding dress. This had been the third place we ventured to to find “that special bridal gown ”. I was so pleased to find such a welcoming manager in Kim Cassella who greeted us and explained our time there. I was so impressed that she first invited us in the back to view potential gowns to try on. The previous places we went to had never done this before. It was a busy day as other potential brides were coming in for appointments and others just walking in without appointments. Kim was so polite and moved from appointments to “walk - ins” with such ease, giving all the brides-to-be equal attention. Kim had also provided champagne which we shared in once Megan had seemed to find the bridal gown “that felt so right”. We spent almost 3 hours there and walked out feeling so good about the bridal gown Megan had chosen. Kim shared with us the timeline for delivery and urged Megan to call her within 24 hours. We also found a wonderful bridal veil that was a good match for the gown. Kim gave me, the mother, a great price since it was the last in her inventory. In the end, the time spent there at Carbonneau Bridal and the final price for Megan’s wedding gown was a welcome experience over all the other bridal saloons we had visited.

I had an amazing experience at Carbonneau's. They had several choices of beautiful bridal gowns to try on and their assistance and expertise was very helpful. I can't wait for my gown to come in so that I can go back there and have them help me accessorize too.
