When repairs were undergoing, photos were published online everyday and I was able to see the daily progress. This is a unique feature that not every prestigious auto body shop would offer. The repairs were completed a week after. The quality of the work is excellent. The paint of the repaired area matches the other side which is factory installed very closely. The metal piece at the pinch point was straightened to the conditions prior to the damage. The body scratch on the rear bumper was also fully repaired leaving no trace of damage. One will not able to tell there was a scratch at all. Overall, my first experience at WFAB was very pleasant. Folks at WFAB are friendly, helpful and considerate. I was offered free rides to be sent back to home and be picked up to their shop when my Rav4 was ready. I will recommend WFAB to my friends and colleagues if they need auto body repair service and want their vehicles be in good hands. And, of course, if I ever need body repair in future, I will not hesitate to take my vehicle to WFAB.

After picking up my car which had been with them after significant damage in an accident, it was hit a second time in as much as 2 hours. The staff as well as the work done were fantastic. Both times. Rhonda , Star, and Jim went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and that they really were looking out for me and my car. This kind of service is appreciated, and I thank them.

The manager, Shawn Bolger, was extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure that my vehicle was repaired properly and that my out of pocket expenses were minimal.He made all the arrangements with my insurance company and handled it very professionally.There really was no effort on my part. My vehicle was also detailed and the car looks great. Nice work and I want to thank them for their work. It was all one stop for me. They had a rental there waiting for me and I went about my businees without interruption.
