STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR CLOTHES (and if you don't like being lied to)!

I was on a business trip and stayed in Harvard Sq hotel and used their dry cleaning service, which means my thousand dollar winter coat (which says dry cleanable on the label) was sent to the Beeline Cleaners. I was completely shocked when I got my coat back: all the 4 leather buttons and the 3 leather buckles have melted away and I could see the metal part inside the buckles showing! The hotel manager called them right away and got the answer that since I'm not local (why would I need a hotel otherwise?) there was nothing they could do about it. I called myself and was told the same. I then said that I find this absolutely unacceptable and I would tell my story on the review pages on the internet. Upon hearing this they promised to order buttons and buckles and repair the coat for me. Since then, these people have been lying non-stop. Whenever I called or emailed them they said they would get back to me asap, but then they never did. Till now this has been going on for 3 MONTHS and I wasn't able to wear this winter coat the whole winter. I am completely shocked by the lack of professionality and moreover the total absence of just the most basic honesty by this company. If you don't want to experience this myself, don't even think about sending your clothes to them.
