Consumers BEWARE! We were charged $192 for "Service Call" where nothing was serviced! In Dec. 2015, our generator was only exercising for 15 seconds weekly instead of the usual 15 minutes. We scheduled service call and they suggested to perform annual maintenance at that same time, which was not due until February. Tech came out but he could not duplicate exercise problem. Technician performed & we paid $226.75 for annual maintenance two months early. Our generator continued with "short exercise" so we called PM Technologies again in Jan. 2016. Technician came out and told us that coil assembly switch shorted out. He said he would have office contact us with repair estimates. We received repair quote via email for over $2000. Later, we received invoice in mail for $192, $100 Service Call + $92 Labor. We called PM Technologies about invoice and reminded them that we have been customers for over 10 years! We asked if $192 would be applied to repair or new generator and we were told "no".

When our 'house' generator was not working, we contacted PM Technologies for a diagnosis.

Setting up the appointment was easy, the tech was helpful, and our generator is back working. This transpired in less than a week.
