Big Rays Quick Lube Wixom

They snapped off the vacuum line on the air box when attempting to change my air filter. It's an obvious break that they know happened, yet they didn't tell me. Now my check engine light is on and I have to spend $100+ to fix their mistake. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I went to big rays with a severe transmission jerk and slip... Tech mentioned that if I did a transmission filter change and added Lucas transmission fix which was also a stop slip it would fix my problem... I had two choices, either change my trans or do what the tech recommended to me which was about one fourth of the price of changing my trans so I decided to go with his recommendation and I was very happy I took his recommendation in consideration bc he was absolutely right and my transmission was fixed. Thanks guys I will for ever remember this. They did my oil change also and checked all my fluids then found out that I had low brake fluid and they topped it up and gave me a bottle of brake fluid for free... Now I take my car to Big Rays in Wixom for all my maintenance... Thanks guys for saving me over $600!!!

These guys put major pressure on to get premium oils and unnecessary services. They even have a guy checking out windshields for chips...they wanted to do a warranty repair on a tiny speck on my windshield. total crooks.

I have been going there for years. I went there this morning for an oil change. Well I was charged about $10.00 more than they normally charge me. The service was very quick, because they forgot to check the tire pressure and other stuff on the list. And on top of that the OWNER WAS VERY RUDE. He could care less about his customers. Today was my last time I will go to this place. I normally send my wife there, I am glad I went myself I don't trust them working on my car again. These shops take it for granted when you go to their shop all the time. They forget that quick lube shops are on every corner. Take my advise and don't go there, they don't deserve the business. Beware They always try to sell other services.

I went there atleast 3x's in a row, they never change my oil filter. i went to the dealer for for a warranty issue and they let me know that i still had the factory oil filter on my truck... to make matters worse they put in used oil in place of brand new oil... next time you go to any oil change place ask them to show you the oil dipstick. the oil on that dipstick should be clear as day,(keep in mind that oil has a tint) if its not, they are using mixture of used and new oil.
