Use these guys only if you enjoy never knowing the answers to your concerns and never getting anything done in a timely fashion. Anytime I ask a question to these guys they dance around the answer and usually make you feel bad for even asking any questions. It takes way too long every time I have to take my stuff in there. I've never felt more ripped off and frustrated in my life. I will start driving an hour away for my PC needs just to avoid having to ever go to KPM again. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I guess I have to.

I won’t even step foot in this business again. If you decide to use this place, make sure that you know what is in your computer before you take it in and be sure to inventory it after you get it back. Also make sure that the work you requested is the work that was actually done. Having your computer repaired is like taking your car to a mechanic-you have to trust the people doing the work because they can tell you anything.
