The Chatter Box Cafe

Have I been dining here two to three times per week for the ambiance? No, I eat here regularly as the breakfasts served here put iHop and Awful House to shame. Rich-tasting, fluffy delicious pancakes and generous servings of bacon (unlike Awful House's razor sliced, paper thin bacon). The serving staff is down home and as real as people get (none of those phony superficial smiles around here). Do you really have to walk past the restrooms to get to the dining area? Not here, just a hallway that passes closed kitchen doors (if you decide to use the rear entrance instead of entering through the front door). A table is only messy if a customer has just left and the server has not gotten to the table to wipe it down yet (as coffee refills should take precedence anyway). Did I, along with many others enjoy learning about nutrition and things we can all do to take better care of ourselves by watching The Doctors while we ate? The consensus around there was a resounding YES. But thanks to some whiney broad who decided to eat her entire meal and then shoot the breeze laughing it up with her friend another 20 minutes before bringing the suspect TV program to the server's attention, we all get to watch the Three Stooges or depressing news now as the owner will bend over backwards to please(I would have tossed her, personally). Maybe the whiney broad should take her breakfast dining to a place that can serve her quiche and freshly -cut fruit for her finicky dining palate and apparently weak stomach. If she changes fabric softener, it just might be able to take the twist out of her panteeeeeeees.

Oh My God...the place is a dump you have to walk THROUGH the bathroom to GET TO THE KITCHEN...who thought that up? The TV was playing MEDICAL station and so i got to listen to women talk about PAP SMEARS with GRAPHIC EXAMPLES AND MODELS. Also discussed were related cancer WITH PICTURES and the whole time the staff went on about their business like it was normal,,,even pausing to watch while they carried orders...I dont thik this place will be in business much longer.
