If you get a chance to visit, Definitely plan some time to visit THE FISH LADDER!
I wanted to stay all day-watching the Chinook Salmon swimming The View Platform IS (partially) UNDER WATER! The 'fish ladder' goes around three sides, AWESOME! AWESOME!

The food is very plentiful. I don't know if it is truly eatible or sanitary. I have had many people tell me how good it is but every time I went the waitress was questionable. The last time I went she had grease all over her hands and a little on her face. It looked like she was eating the bacon while in the back room. I wish I was making this next part up but I swear it happened. As my wife and I were trying to enjoy our coffee and grease platter said waitress comes out of the back kitchen area and lets off a bellow.. " Brrrruuuaahhhhhh!!! I don't know what the noise was, why she did it, or how she felt is was ok to make such a noise when people where trying to eat. I can't say that after that incident that I could go back or recommend this place to anyone else.

This place is great. It is moderately priced, has a diverse menu, has a clean family oriented atmosphere, and has friendly staff. My husband has been eating here for 53+ years (he grew up just down the road) so we stopped in today for a nostalgia meal on our way north on I-5 - we were not disappointed. The new owners have done a great job to maintain the neighborhood feel. GREAT JOB!

This is a FINE Family restaurant....and if BISQUITS AND GRAVY are your thing, you'll wish you had brought another appetite! Amazing serving size!
