        They did not bill our agency f...

        They did not bill our agency for 5-6 months, never called, cut the lock off our unit and put their own on, and are now threatening to sell our items. We had issues of not receiving bills and then receiveing late fees but got it straightened out because we alwyas pay our bills...and we gave them another chance...and now this. This is no way to do business. If I could give them negative stars, it would be negative 5!
