        Overall

        Service wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Took my computer in with display problem. Took some time to fix; more than a week. Part I was told would get to them the next day arrived 5 days later. While checking in on progress I was informed I needed to pay for part I already paid for. That was odd. The previous day I was told the part was on its way. Had to return after receiving computer. Display port used no longer worked. Alternate port was used. Not informed of that.



        Thought to share my concerns about service. Tech said not to "sweat the details"; I'd gotten the computer fixed. Hmmn.
