Al's Towing

I am very dissatisfied with this company. Not only would they not take our triple A (even though they are a triple A approved company), they didn't take our car where we asked them to, and the woman who answered the phone/at the front desk was extremely rude to us when we asked questions about our bill. It has been a totally unprofessional experience with this company and we would not recommend using them.

Rick and Robert were life savers!! Thank you Als towing for helping my son and I tonight! I will always use Als towing anytime i need a tow. Five Stars!!

This company was awful! Chrisitan based company? The lady who answered the phone was told by my insurance agent and myself to only bring our car to our home when we are present. Company was in a rush to get our car towed to us and left our car on the streets of Columbus, Ohio. In addition, they left it unlocked with the key in it! This was not our request. All they thought about was themsevles not the customer! When I called back to talk with them on setting up a time they said they had their driver drop off our car on the street. They did not even call me to tell me.

Professional and courteous service helping tow my old truck to my new house. I appreciate the quick service and friendly attitude. Thanks!

Not the first time I've used Al's but the first time I used them when not broke down! Always great service. Just bought my first "project car", 60years old and a little delicate. First and only call was to Al's. I received a quick response and estimate from these guys for the 200 mile round trip. They took care of everything from there!

I had a great experience with Al's staff on the phone and in person. My wife's car broke down in a parking lot in Westerville and they were honest with me about being very busy for Red, White, and Boom. Since her car was relatively safe, I waited until today to call. The driver met me at my car almost as fast as I could get back to it, and he was extremely friendly and helpful, even considering it's the 4th of July.

Took about an hour after calling AAA for Chaz to pick me up on the side of the highway. He was kind and professional. I rode with him for a couple hours while he towed my car. He was great to talk to and he is probably the most valiant person I have ever met.

Had to get my car towed today to dealership. Brian was very helpful, polite, and professional. He answered every question I had and explained to my dad what problem car might be having. He made us feel better about a car that wouldn't run. We will use Al's Towing again - if we have to.

I just had Toby pull me out of a very sticky situation. He was very polite and professional. The charge was very reasonable. I would use again without hesitation and recommend to all my friends. Thanks again, Toby!
