A Plus Computer Support

I have had A Plus Computer Support service my office and home laptops in the last couple of years.

The service and advice I have received during this period has been outstanding. In addition to the service they have responded to all my phone consultations and remote service very promptly.

I consider them to be a great computer service group.

Good price, good service. My 5+ year old desktop computer died. I dusted it off (was embarrassed at how much dust was outside AND inside my computer) and drove it over. They repaired it, but the repair was super cheap (failing power supply), so that was fine with me.

One day my PC starts turning on and off, and after much panic I found A Plus Computer. I called, brought it in, set it on the counter, waited 15 minutes and had a nice chat with the guys while they swapped out the faulty power supply. It cost just under my budget and they even ignored the "questionable files" on the desktop.

A Plus Computers consistently save me in small and large "situations" with technology. I have been a customer since they opened, and they are wonderful, building a trustworthy relationship and showing up on time. Their technicians are responsive, and usually take care of any issues I have within a day or two. I'm happy to have them on my team.

I needed a quick solution to a technical problem. I was under the impression I would have to go into the store, take my equipment, wait around, etc. etc. Instead, I shot A Plus Computer an email & they responded within a few hours. Considering the disaster that my family & I normally are when it comes to anything computer -related, I know they will be on speed dial from now on.

They fixed my laptop after I had "The Blue Screen of Death" and it was a great price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Also their email estimates made everything very easy.

Just from having a phone conversation with A Plus Computer Solution and based on the information they provided I like them. Now the decision lies with me and once I decide about repairing my laptop it will be A Plus Computer Solution to do the work of course cause for another review.

I was about to buy a new computer but I thought I should see if it could be fixed. A Plus Computer Solution, made it better than new within a few hours. And they helped me install programs that I had been having problems with. And it was all done at a very reasonable cost.

I am so happy with the quality and speed of service from A Plus Computer Support. I have an IMac that was out of hard drive space. They upgraded the hard drive, transferred all data and upgraded operating system. I dropped it off on a Friday at 5:00 and it was ready Monday night at 5:00. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend A Plus Computer Support
