I have to agree with a lot of the negative reviews. My husband gave me a year membership and gift certificate for our anniversary. He paid for a 60 minute massage, a facial, and a mani-pedi. I scheduled these in two separate appointments.

When I went in for my massage, the masseuse tried to up-sell me to a longer, more expensive massage. I told her I wanted to use what was on the gift certificate, and she seemed fine with that, but my massage also did not last the amount of time that was paid for. I don't know if the facial is supposed to be included in that time, but I would expect a 60 minute massage to last 60 minutes, not 45. Other massages I've gotten have included a bottle of water to help ensure the toxins are flushed out of your system, but I was handed a styrofoam cup when my massage was finished.

When I went back for my manicure and pedicure, I asked for shellac, but the girl couldn't find it, so I had to go without. I prefer the massage chair that most other places offer to their elevated bench. When my polish dried, it was all bubbly, like used to happen when I'd paint my own nails in jr. high. I was really disappointed in that. Their staff is friendly, but I'm not paying for someone to make small talk with.

I just went in for an underarm wax, and it was a better experience than my previous two visits. The waxing was really fast and pretty efficient. I did have to come home and have my husband tweeze out the last several hairs, though.
