        The food is fine, but the owner's demeanor and attitude are awful - always very combative and seems to enjoy fighting w customers over something trivial. One time they got my order wrong, so i went back to get it exchanged. instead of being apologetic, he shocked me by asking for an extra $2 for a small jar of garlic sauce for the bread. I told him he should be very happy I did not ask him for reimbursing me for the time and gas due to their error. Also, they are not consistent when it comes to honoring coupons. All coupons show the same logo, but the fine prints would show exclusions. Very tricky. It is sad the W Bloomfield restaurant is new and nicely decorated, but few tables were occupied every time i went in. They really need to improve on the service side - big time!!
