Braces
Getting orthodontic treatment earlier in life could mean little to no treatment later! Orthodontic needs for your child can be determined at a pretty young age. We recommend the first orthodontic evaluation by 7 years old. Typically, permanent teeth begin to arrive around the 6th or 7th year of a child’s life. It is around this time that orthodontic needs become apparent and a plan can be formulated. Early orthodontic treatment may include braces, palatal expansion or wearing a retainer depending on your child’s specific needs.
