Dental Examination

Teeth Cleaning
It is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist once every six months for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups, even during your orthodontic treatment. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure you receive the best possible care.
Fluoride Treatment

Crowns
The MARA appliance is anchored to the molars with crowns, modified crowns, or bands. The lower attachments are fixed to the molars. The upper attachments are removable to enable your orthodontist to make adjustments according to your treatment plan.

Dentures
Clean your aligners whenever you clean your teeth. The most practical approach that most people prefer is to use warm (not hot) water with toothpaste and a soft bristle toothbrush. You can substitute a liquid dish soap for toothpaste (using a dedicated toothbrush) and also soak your aligners in cleaning tablets/crystals designed for retainers or dentures to enhance the cleanliness.
