Joy's Spa

I went for a refill of solar nails and inquired on the phone before making my appointment that the salon provides this service. When I arrived, Joy indicated they rarely do solar nails but her nail tech can do them. It was quickly apparent the nail tech had NO previous experience with solar nails. I stayed and endured the lengthly process hoping for a positive outcome. I was overcharged and very dissappointed in the quality of service. I left and the nails immediately warped. I had to locate another salon to completly remove all the bad product and sit for another set of nails. My recommendation: Do not bring in clients whom you cannot provide quality service.
