O's Computer Sales and Service

told me they'd have to charge me another high bench fee just to look at it again. O's bench fee was half what the other place was charging, they took a day to look at it and figured out what was wrong with it. Started taking everything to O's now.

Bought a hard drive yesterday, it was a western digital 1 tb green and when I got it home it was DOA. Went to return it and they declined and didn't have another to replace it. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. I don't recommend if the "new" parts aren't even returnable. I would never but anything used or new from them. Terrible customer service

My son wanted a new computer but we couldn't afford a new one at the time. We went to O's and bought him a used one. It is still running, after four years, with no problems. This is the place to go for a new or used computer.
