Mid State Pools & Spas

My pool was completely green (see posted pics)after recent rains. I went to Mid-State as I always do for assistance and they (Michele Spearman) was tireless and exceptional working with me to get our pool operational again. After following her daily instructions and even guiding me over the phone when needed our pool finally started getting its safe color and balance back. This w/end we will be back in our pool, just in time! Thank you Mid-State & especially you Michele, your expertise & professionalism are beyond outstanding!

I have been happy with Mid-State pools and spas. Yes I initially had some issues with my pool and Mid-State stood behind their work, with out any hassles. Great service. I continue to visit Mid-State becasue of the friendly staff and they do not over push chemicals and sell or suggest to me only what I need.

I recently visited Mid State Pools and as soon as i walked in the door i was greeted and felt at home. One of my favorite businesses in all of Middle Ga. They take care of me now just like they did when they built my pool. Me and my husband highly recommend Mid State Pools.

Very, Very, Poor Service!!! We had severe problems with our pool deck and they would not resolve problem. They stated it would cost to much to fix the problem. So I'm stuck with a 3 year old pool deck now that I will have to replace and possibly filing a lawsuit. The deck was within the one year warranty when the problem first started. They did not stand behind there product.

Highly agree with the previous review. I gave my information several times to someone for a pool installation and "the pool salesperson" never called. Guess they don't want my business!
