*TRUE STORY*

Frank, from Rayteam Auto in Waltham, MA is a brilliant
AUDI engineer with a Heart of Gold who takes care his clients.

Last night, my AUDI hit a pothole on the Mass Pike-90 and my right front tire exploded.

I had the toll truck driver deliver my car to Rayteam Auto in Waltham, MA.

I have been a loyal client of Frank and his crew at Rayteam auto for so many years because they always take care of my AUDI and look out for the well-being of their customers like myself.

I had called Frank and left him a voicemail explaining that my tire had exploded and that I was delivering my car to his shop.

My cell phone had died and I did not realize Frank had called me back.

When the toll truck arrived Frank was there with his crew to meet me.

Frank, Ray, and, Simon Templar actually changed my right front tire while it was still on the flatbed tow truck!

They worked together at lightning speed in unison like three Guardian Angels or like the racing crew at the Indy 500 changing my car tire to get me back into the "race".

It was late last night around 8:00 PM, and cold but thanks to Frank, Ray, and Simon Templar, I could safely resume my drive home to my wife and baby girl in Connecticut.

I recommend anyone with a car even if is not a European car to pay Frank and his team a visit.

They not only take car of your vehicle but are magnanimous and take care of your safety and well-being as a person.

I have never ever met an auto engineering crew go out of their way to help me and my family.

I thank you Frank, Ray, and Simon Templar.

Every time I bring my audi to Frank's shop I never have to worry about a thing which is so rare with mechanics... These are the most honest, competent and professional guys out there and I always know I'm getting the best price. I can't even count the times they've gone above and beyond...checking things without ever charging, getting out the touch up paint to fix small dings during a regular oil change, and following up the next day to make sure I'm happy just to name a few. You won't be disappointed!

Frank Oscha and his team have been like family to me! I bought an old Land Rover so I spent a lot of time with him and his mechanic, Said. They were so honest, fair, and kind. When it was time to buy a new car Frank was so helpful and checked out the car I bought.

I wish there were a billion stars I would give them to Frank and his team! They are truly awesome people to deal with, very knowledgable, quick, and fair!

These are probably the most friendly mechanics you will ever come across, they even invited me for pizza last time I was there during lunch. And when it comes to your car, in my case, an audi a6 2005, they go above and beyond, last time I had oil change there, they inspected my car with some leaks, but didn't pressure that it needed to get fixed right there and then, they were honest and said the leak wasn't big but to keep an eye out. I know other mechanics would use the scare tactics and exaggeration and force you to spend your hard earned cash for nothing.

These guys are great! The first time I went there, I brought them my audi because I needed some new lights and they did that, and also gave me all the fluids that I needed for it all for free. I thought it was very generous and considerate and they definitely have a customer now! everyone with a European car in the area should go see them!

What a great alternative to the dreaded dealers. These guys will get the job done right and for much less than what the dealer will steal from you. The loaner cars are great to use while they are servicing my car. I definitely recommend Frank and his team 100%. They are great to work with and you will definitely be happy results.

I'm really comfortable with the service in rayteam automotive, Im driving a BMW X6 , I changed my tires and brake pad here. It performed really well. The service is efficient It's a really a good place u can trust. money is not always the issue here, when my brake light was malfunctional, franc changed for me for free

If you own a European car and is out of warranty then definitely check Rayteam out!! The owner Frank and his team are highly professional mechanics! They go beyond the call of duty helping out and their prices are reasonable compared to other competitors in the Boston area! The team are very nice and friendly. From BMW M3's to a Audi 2.0 A4 the team are highly skilled and knowledgeable!

I've been to many different mechanics and then I met Frank. My car had a problem in it and he took great care of it and fixed exactly what I needed. I would really recommend going to him, he's a great mechanic. He is very nice and welcoming.
