Protech Towing & Recovery

Today I ran out of gas at 12:45ish so I called progressive they sent a tow crew that failed so they sent pro tech which happens to be a company I had issues with before... as of right now its 7:56pm my car is still not towed and when I call they keep saying within 10 minutes yet its been a few hours and by a few I mean nearly 8 I called angry after reprepetitive nice phone calls my mother placed and they now refuse to tow my car due to my angryness even tho ive been waiting for 8 f**king hours for these stupid as**oles

I just got a really bad flat tire on 95. I called AAA and with in 10 minutes Pro Tech came to get me off the highway. Seeing my BMW does not have a spare and it being 10:15pm on a Friday night I wasn't sure what I was going to do. The driver said their shop had tires and he would be able to bring me there and they would be able to replace it. Sure enough they had they had tire in stock and I was on my way home by 10:45pm. This place is one of the few honest small business still looking out for there customers and I will recommend them to anyone! Thanks for being so helpful.
