Shapes Brow Bar

I received very rude and unprofessional service here because before I checked in my name at the front, I cleared prices and services with one of the workers. I was told that it was $11 for eyebrows and $6 for the top and bottom of the lip. That was exactly what I wanted and expected.

When one of the other girls opened up for me to be next, she finished my eyebrows and then my upper lip. I was confused and then told her that I was told that the lip included the bottom, but she said that was wrong. She refused to do it even though I was told otherwise by another employee.

Her excuse was that the girl was new. I was very upset to say the least because:

1: She would not honor the service I was told I would receive.

2. She was very rude about it because she would not even apologize the confusion. Her attitude to begin with was not very friendly, but her reaction to me being lied to on what I should have received was appalling. She couldn't have done a couple extra minutes to make up for the mistake that happened?

Long story short, don't go here. The service is awful, and they don't even do a good job because the girl left all the hair on my face. I've been to other place that are better. I just thought I would give this place a shot. Total dud.
