Scrapbook Tree

Shannon is the nastiest person I have ever known as a store owner. Some of the staff are awful as well. Not sure why the Tree is is business still. Shannon has been nasty and angry for years. My friend and I were laughing tonight about the gross customer service that has been allowed to be accepted there for years! Disgusting and tragic. The way the owner talks to customers is a travesty. Whatever has been going on in your personal life (for over a decade +), fix it. You are a disgrace.

I purchased a great deal of items for a scrapbook for my daughter. As I left I noticed that the next day was customer appreciation day and you would recieve 20% off your total purchase. I asked about it, and was directed to the owner. The owner said "This is a small business, not Target". She was so rude to me and wouldn't do a thing for me. She did not even say I'm sorry, or appologize for the inconvienience. This is no way to treat your customers, even if you are a small business.

Helpful staff, great selection, good classes, good prices.



Only criticism is that the work area is small. It's very nice, but it's small.
