Computer is a critical part of peoples' lives, therefore, businesses who deals with critical systems must tolerate critical questions and concerns from customers. if they cant tolerate the concerns, then I dont see the reason why they should exist. Not recommended!

This place made my Laptop worst than before I dropped it off. They misdiagnosed my system and the manager doesn’t possess the right customer service attribute by : not possessing the ability to answer and tolerate all the questions a customer is entitled too; by showing unprofessionalism by attempting to raise his voice at me; and by hanging up the phone on me during my call when I showed my dissatisfaction with their service.



I do not recommend this place. They can take it apart but they cannot put it together the way it should be put together...just like my laptop. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I took my laptop to be serviced here because of the great rating they recieve from one of their customers. I was very disappointed with the service. They didnt know what they are doing. They missdagnosed my system and I wasted my time (2 weeks) and money ($74.00). I am glad it was for only 74 bucks though. To make it short, my laptop is in worst condition than prior to drop off. And the manager is very rude and very unprofessional. he is UNABLE to respond to my questions and he got frustrated. I dont know why he is in such position. if I were you...DONT DO IT!
