We hired Excel Custom Contractors to oversee having new siding put on our house. It was a difficult project, because our house has many angles and areas that go in and out. The work was done promptly, especially given the winter weather, and looks fantastic! We couldn’t be more pleased.
Residential Roof Repair
Our vintage 1928 home was in bad need of roof repair – multiple ice dam leaks, shifted rafters, sagging deck and a dormer that was falling apart. Excel Custom Contractors not only repaired and straightened the roof but they completely redid our soffit and fascia and wrapped the windows making our entire second floor maintenance free. Residential Roof Replacement/Installation
Excel Custom Contractors worked with Owens Corning Roofing & Asphalt, a roofing materials manufacturer, to donate the shingles for all 25 Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity homes! This tremendous donation is valued at over $25,000. In-kind donations are one of the many ways Habitat works hard to keep our homes affordable and the cost of construction materials as low as possible.
