        Overall

        Our shower wasn't working so we called Shoemaker. They came out, made the problem worse, said that they needed a part and then... nothing. We've called several times and they say they're ordering a part. (By pony express, apparently.) It's been weeks now that we haven't had use of the shower, and they have not once called to update us. We've had to call them each time. Terrible experience, do not recommend.

        Overall

        Holly Shock! Had these guys come to my house to repair air-con. They wanted to charge me $829.23 for a PCB that list on E-Bay for $155.00. Then they wanted to charge me $120.00 to go pick it up. BEWARE.!!!!!! I am filing complaint with BBB tomorrow.
