This was my first visit. It was a good visit overall. The staff were extremely professional and courteous. However, I do recommend that the staff notify the first time patients about how their process works and that a urine specimen is needed at the time of appointment. I came in today, registered, and asked the front desk staff where the restroom was. I was directed to the restroom with no mention of a specimen being needed. Once I got to the back for my exam, I was told I would need to give a urine specimen. I didn't mind giving one but I had to chug several cups of water to give the needed sample when I could have given it when I arrived.

Dr, Nguyen has helped my spine pain and I am so very grateful.

Was very compassionate and explained everything to me, alleviating my worries. When I see Dr Nguyen, I am always treated very respectfully and compassionately. Today I was just as impressed with his PA. Awesome staff!

I find the front desk ladies all very attentive and kind. The dr's are amazing. I feel that they truly care about how I feel and what I am going through.
