        My 2016 Mazda CX-5 was just recently involved in a drivers side collision. Quite a bit of frame work and body work was needed to fix it and so I took it to Hourglasses on Harvard for repairs. As usual, the work was done to perfection and Eleanor Duncan ( my favorite there) kept me in the loop and the job was finished ahead of time. I have used Hourglass multiple times and have never had anything but perfect work and pleasant people to deal with. I feel they go out of there way to make sure the work is done with the customer in mind and not necessarily saving the insurance company. Eleanor is such an asset to the business and look forward to visiting with her each time I’ve gone😄
